Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 7 years experience in related field
Strong knowledge of testing equipment and instrumentation used in motor testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Motor Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of electric motors, including performance testing, efficiency analysis, thermal testing, and durability testing.
Test Design and Execution: Design test plans and protocols for motor testing, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications. Execute tests using advanced equipment and instrumentation.
Data Analysis: Analyze test data to evaluate motor performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance motor efficiency and reliability.
Documentation: Prepare detailed test reports, including methodologies, results, and conclusions. Maintain accurate and organized records of test data and analysis.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, R&D teams, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of motor testing into the product development lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of testing methodologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in motor testing technologies.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues related to motor performance during testing. Collaborate with other engineering teams to address design or manufacturing issues.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all testing activities. Ensure that all testing processes comply with relevant regulations and certifications.
