LEDL India MotorMarket (“MotorMarket”) is a marketplace provided by LEDL that allows users to offer, sell, and buy LEDL products and services (“LEDL Products”), and third-party products and services that are complementary to LEDL Products (“Third Party Products”), in a variety of pricing formats and locations in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed between the seller and the buyer.

LEDL provides the MotorMarket to the seller and buyer in accordance with these Terms of Use but is not a party to the actual contract for sale, which is directly between the seller and the buyer.

LEDL will provide tools or guidance as part of the MotorMarket to facilitate the selection, configuration, sale, and purchase of LEDL Products. Any guidance is for informational purposes only, and users may decide to follow it or not.

The LEDL legal entity you are contracting with is Lakshmi Electrical Drives Private Limited (“LEDL”, “we” or “us”).

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, the Data Privacy Policy, and all other policies and additional terms posted on our sites, set out the terms for your use of the MotorMarket and constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and LEDL.

By entering into these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant that you are entitled to accept these Terms of Use on your behalf and accept its terms and conditions related to your use of the MotorMarket.

Electronic Record

This document is an electronic record as per the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Access and Use of the MotorMarket

LEDL grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable right to access and use the MotorMarket for business purposes.

Access and use may require account establishment or registration on the MotorMarket, where you’ll need to provide certain contact information as part of the process.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of provided information and for activities occurring under your account, ensuring confidentiality and proper use of access credentials.
